Erm. I shall blog about my JB trip and me making sushi just a few days back! Nommmm.
So I went to JB with Suxiang for like 3 days 2 nights. Stayed over at her house and just nua our days away~ Travelled by car. Xiang's mum drove and we were playing our favourite songs on the way to JB. Yay for road trips.

Their hawker centre like quite different from Singapore's lor. I forgot to take pictures of their hawker centre. Too bad.
After dinner we drove back to her house and I think we were pretty tired by then. Bathed and all then went to sleep.
I had trouble sleeping sia. I'm having this problem since like a few days back. Why ah. Sth wrong with me issit.

Kk anyway the next day we woke up and went to this Korean restaurant for lunch.

The Korean BBQ was yummy. And the kimchi soup was spicy. FML my tongue was literally numb and all from the spiciness.
And it's rare to see this in Singapore...

Wait. Does Singapore even have this kinda thing? If have, must tell me hor. It's damn nice lor. Taste abit like vanilla ice cream but got abit of coconut milk inside. Wonder how they made it.

Went to City Square to shop around after lunch. Can't remember what I bought. Errr pink nail polish? From Etude House. For like freaking RM2.95 only lor pls. CHEAP SHIT.
Oya. We watched The Social Network also. Like interesting only. I wanna be like Mark Zuckerberg also. Set up Facebook then earn so much $. Shiok lor. I'll set up the next social networking website called Bitchbook.
HAHA let all the bitchiness from all over the world be unleashed!
And Bitchbook will have the tagline: "Bitch and get bitched about." LIKE A COOL ONLY. Okok digressing.
Went to take neoprints. Camwhoring again inside the neoprint shop -_-
Xiang's house has 2 cats. This is Naughty Cat. Not friendly at all lor. Each time I try to pet it, it will want to scratch me. Bad kitty! I named it Sneaky Cat (inside joke).
This is Fat Cat. It's much more tame and it always lets me pet its head! Cute maximum zueh zueh. Meow~
End of Day 1. The next day we woke up early to eat roti prata from this stall. Apparently it's famous lor. Yep it's quite nice also. I had two for breakfast plus a cup of teh tarik. Shiok :)

Me. I look kinda sleepy coz I'm obviously not a morning person -_-

Then went back home nua until 1+PM then went for lunch. Xiang's parents brought us to JB's famous bakery and I bought their banana cake to bring back to Singapore. I had like a few pieces of bread for lunch only coz I was quite fuuuuuull.

Yah it's called Hiap Joo Bakery. See the menu, quite alot of flavours to choose from. Their business roaring like mad lor.
Anyone bought bread from there before? Really damn nice lor next time go JB MUST MUST MUST go buy from there.
Forgot what we did after lunch. I think just go back home nua again hahahaha.
Dinner time, we went to some restaurant called Lavender. (?!)
Xiang so cute. Christmas is coming omg can't wait! :D

On the last day, we stayed at home and played with Xiang's cats and raced each other on her Playstation 2. Fun lah. Thanks babe for having me over those few days :)

This trip let my mind rest for awhile, I was temporarily free from all troubles. Actually, I dreaded coming back to Singapore because I knew what I'd be like when I came back. I'd be that lifeless bitch without any company. Serves me right for screwing up my love life huh.
Really. I just wanna migrate to some other country and start life anew. Get a new loved one and just leave my troubles here in Singapore. Zzz.
Kk enough of the emo paragraph. Erm next is sushi. YAH I MADE SUSHI for the second time in my whole lifeeee! *excited*
Sushi ingredients! There's seaweed rice tuna cucumber crabstick and bak kwa. Plus a few moulds to make onigiri. You must be thinking, "Omg srsly, bak kwa?" It sounds weird but it's really nice lor. Don't believe then don't believe lol, I eat can alr.
Okay! After we have all the ingredients ready, it's time to make sushi!
First, we put rice on the seaweed then all the other chapalang ingredients.
Lastly, you roll the sushi using the bamboo thingy and you're done!
LOL SUPER SUMMARISED VERSION OF THE ACTUAL PROCESS. Which includes wetting your hands and all that. Lazy to explain lah!
After cutting that roll of sushi, it will look like this.
For onigiri, it's really damn easy.
One step only. Just put the rice, then make a hole for the ingredients, then cover with more rice and we're done.
SEE. Still got round shape one leh. Haha.
Wah what have I been doing this whole holidays man. Time to catch up on school work. I read thru Permutations and Combinations alr. Did some of the tutorial. And abit of chem and bio holiday homework. Need to jiayou!
